Unlike a real estate agent who is paid a commission, Bruce is an objective and experienced ally with no financial gain through the purchase or sale of the property.

He works as an integral part of a team with real estate attorneys, appraisers and escrow officers to assist clients in their real property needs. By having no financial interest in a particular transaction, he is able to clearly examine and analyze the pertinent facts and circumstances. Property Management Services

As a Property Managing Agent, Bruce is responsible for the managing of several condominium communities has extensive experience with other commercial and residential properties. This service includes monitoring the property's physical condition and appearance, as well as managing the administrative and financial aspects of these properties.

Bruce is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).   He abides by all the Standards of Professional Conduct established by the NBC-CAM, and as a certified member, he participates in the continuing education programs.

Additionally, Bruce is an Association Management Specialist (AMS), a professional designation granted by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the only national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. 

Bruce also performs an integral function of the firm management and the internal financial matters of Bea L. Nahon, C.P.A., P.S.
